Case Study - Cineworld Redesign
Cineworld required a complete re-design of their user account areas, including how Unlimited customers managed their accounts. The aim was to enhance the online experience so that expensive call centre costs could be reduced as a result.
Cineworld customers were very used to calling in order to make changes to their account due to a prolonged period of poor user experience on their website.
Using a deeper understanding on their behaviours and attitudes, we was able to produce a fully responsive account area based on 2 key research touch points.
